Penny is one of my all time favs. I remember getting the og 4's Orlando way back when. Looove that model. I own 2 colorways of those today. Back then you've never heard of a point guard being that tall. Penny was one special b-ball player.

So funny you made this video todays just last night my boy posted on FB a picture of his old Air Penny 2’s in the black colorway from the mid 90’s. I guess he went into his storage and found them. I’m surprised they’re even in one piece but surprisingly they look pretty good. I told him to clean them up and put them on the shelf. I wish Nike would retro the white and black pair of the Air Penny 2’s

Yessir! The Penny line is 👍🏼👍🏼 Shouts to NW. My first penny 1’s were the black/white/red as well. Patiently waiting for a re-release. 🤞🏼 My first Air Penny’s were the all star penny 2’s. I also had the black/royal penny 3’s. I wanted a pair of penny 4’s but, I couldn’t grab a pair. I wanted the black/royal/white cw. 🔥👍🏼👍🏼 The next signature line history should be T-Mac’s. 🙂

In my opinion the Penny 1 Orlando are the best signature shoe ever!!. I have the Penny 2 varsity blue and they are very confortable and good looking. I had the 3's black royal but I had to returned because they were too narrow for me. The foamposite one were a revolutionary design shoe. I hope new signature videos.

Great content but u forgot the Air Zoom Flight 96 or Olympic Penny’s with the “6” on the back heel tab. He wore them 96’ Olympics. They came out in tandem with the Air Zoom Turf which Barry Sanders wore. Great breakdown overall but missing this shoe unless its the Mandela Effect lol.

Penny had the most cohesive evolution of designs. Kyrie is probably next for Nike. Jordan always pushed forward with tech. Kobe was about finding the most natural foot design and cutting weight. LeBron designs were all over. KD shoes just aren’t as memorable. Hopefully Giannis will step up his designs.

I feel it's worth noting also the Air Zoom Flight 96's Penny wore these a lot and they also included an Olympic USA colourway among others, the Sole on that shoe was iconic with what my mates dubbed 'hotplate' circular traction patterns "Aw shiet, my boys heating up on those hotplates" they would say. Also one of my absolute favourite Penny shoes.
