Penny has had a varied relationship with fitness and training goals, her industry is tough on people, both mentally and physically.
So to see her walk into JAB to train based on how it makes her FEEL, as opposed to aesthetics, is exactly what we are about.
When you decide to learn and improve in a particular sport, like boxing, you start to feel this anticipation and excitement around training, like back when you were a kid.
You see results, you feel empowered and you notice your life change for the better…then you’re hooked and there’s no going back.
This is the experience that we have created for you all, and watching so many of your journeys is inspiring.
