My first ever EMOM and I LOVED it! It went SO quick focusing on the reps rather than the time! So cool. 503 calories for me 😵 Average of 152bpm 👏 I did level 3! Thanks Penny. This was unreal!!!!

This was so great! The EMOM workout makes me challenge myself a little more to make sure I am working to get the number of reps in and have a slight rest in between. A few times I didn't have a rest in between, but I went hard out on this one! And your cover pic for this workout is fierce! Much love and thanks once again to you Penny!! 💪🏼💥

Wow! I have never done an EMOM they seem very hard but I will give this a go this Sunday as Sunday is my cardio/HIIT day. Will modify the jumps though my knee still hurts when I jump! I hope to meet you one day Penny

Perfection. My favourite series now. Great recovery periods. Completed with Level 2 mostly, some with level 3 making sure I have at least 15 sec rest to catch the breath before the next exercise. Loved it. Thanks. Looking forward to the next one!

Loved this one!! I was fine until those jump squats!! Had to mix up levels and weights but I made it through!! Plus, so glad to see my conditioning keeps improving, because even though I was tired and pushing myself, I was still able to breathe and keep good form. A year and a half with you, Penny (well, mostly you, haha) and it's paying off!! Much love and blessings!

This was so empowering!! 🔥 Yesterday I did a spin cycle workout and honestly I didn’t think I would be able to workout today. Because my legs are still sore from yesterday. But I got out my workout mat and my dumbbells and just went for it! I am so happy to say that I completed this workout drenched in sweat! I love this workout format! I love challenging myself so much! This was a tough one but 100% worth the burn! 👏🏻 💪🏻 Thank you Penny for all of the effort you put into making these workouts for us!

💪💪💪 all the comments about this EMOM! Level up! (Did you increase reps on us for level 3?!) The first set was KILLER and dare I say set 3 was a slight reprieve. I gave it my all with an average heart rate of 141. That’s how you work out in the morning! Thank you Penny!!!!
