If I’m 100% honest, if someone asked me a year ago to join them for an EMOM workout I would have declined hard but I had so much fun doing today’s session and I celebrate it because it’s my 5th time doing an EMOM since I started this journey, thanks Penny

My first ever EMOM and I LOVED it! It went SO quick focusing on the reps rather than the time! So cool. 503 calories for me 😵 Average of 152bpm 👏 I did level 3! Thanks Penny. This was unreal!!!!

This was so great! The EMOM workout makes me challenge myself a little more to make sure I am working to get the number of reps in and have a slight rest in between. A few times I didn't have a rest in between, but I went hard out on this one! And your cover pic for this workout is fierce! Much love and thanks once again to you Penny!! 💪🏼💥

I think this is my new favorite style you do!! Loved the heavier weight exercise but still incorporate abs and increased heart rate! Thanks penny!!

Man, these workouts are tough to do back to back . I am used to doing them every two-three days to give me a break, but I love the challenge and I know my body will continue to transform.

I’ve had this one on my list for a while! I loved it! I only used 10 & 15 lbs and still couldn’t manage level 3 on most exercises! So challenging! 🥴🫠

Wow! I have never done an EMOM they seem very hard but I will give this a go this Sunday as Sunday is my cardio/HIIT day. Will modify the jumps though my knee still hurts when I jump! I hope to meet you one day Penny

Perfection. My favourite series now. Great recovery periods. Completed with Level 2 mostly, some with level 3 making sure I have at least 15 sec rest to catch the breath before the next exercise. Loved it. Thanks. Looking forward to the next one!

Not a fan of EMOMs to be honest. I find any number requirement off-putting. But I do know I need to mix it up so I pulled on my big girl pants and got on with it!! I love the variety you give us Pennt. Keep on keeping on and thanks 😘

Loved this one!! I was fine until those jump squats!! Had to mix up levels and weights but I made it through!! Plus, so glad to see my conditioning keeps improving, because even though I was tired and pushing myself, I was still able to breathe and keep good form. A year and a half with you, Penny (well, mostly you, haha) and it's paying off!! Much love and blessings!

This was so empowering!! 🔥 Yesterday I did a spin cycle workout and honestly I didn’t think I would be able to workout today. Because my legs are still sore from yesterday. But I got out my workout mat and my dumbbells and just went for it! I am so happy to say that I completed this workout drenched in sweat! I love this workout format! I love challenging myself so much! This was a tough one but 100% worth the burn! 👏🏻 💪🏻 Thank you Penny for all of the effort you put into making these workouts for us!

💪💪💪 all the comments about this EMOM! Level up! (Did you increase reps on us for level 3?!) The first set was KILLER and dare I say set 3 was a slight reprieve. I gave it my all with an average heart rate of 141. That’s how you work out in the morning! Thank you Penny!!!!

This was great!! It really got the heart rate up! I managed to do Level 3, but really had to push it to fit all the reps in sometimes! I love the challenge! 😁 So much fun! Thank you!

💪💪💪 All day Penny!! This was a kick in the keister 🥵😜😁. Towards the last EMOM when we hit the burpee push up and then plank?!?! I was like 🥵🥵 holy moly.... but I love the push. Make me accountable. Thank you beautiful lady. 💕
