I have just seen the question below....have lots of arthritis and fibromyalgia and have no problems with the Misti....have more pain just typing like this. But wanted to say...love the card and really love the sentiment.

Jill, question. I see you pressure on that misti quite hard, is that a suitable tool for people like me with fibromyalgia? I would be so mad if I bought the MISTI and due to muscle rheumatism I couldn't use it :P

You dont' have to push very hard when stamping with this tool. When I use MISTI, I press it gently but firm. When I see I need more solid image, I stamp it twice without changing the position. This is the best use of MISTI. :)

I tried with cd case for test run but I broke the darn thing...LOL I am so not good at diy variations :P

I am not pressing very hard and multiple impressions can be made if light pressure is all that you can do. I have difficulty with my wrists so sometimes it may look like I am pressing hard, but I'm not, I'm just positioning my hands and arms the most comfortable way for me.
