please comment video ideas (hair and non-hair) cuz im not creative thnx bbs REVIEW: ( 4 / 5 ) The shampoo cleansed very well, made my roots squeak, but also got tangles out. The conditioner slip is great! heavy moisture, almost greasy. The smoothie and milk are pretty much the same, and they gave me a a greasy kind of moisture and little hold. It’s interesting how for me the milk made a huge difference for my hair compared to when I would just put the smoothie in after the shower. I have 2c hair. Maybe it’s the texture or thickness of my hair. But yeah, different things work different for different people. You just gotta find what works for your hair.

I actually dilude a coin sized amount of the shampoo with water and then wash my hair 3 times. The shampoo lasts a lot longer and is a milder cleanse. BTW just made a diy of that smoothie because I can't get it here in India. Just a 1/2 tsp of glycerin, 1/2 tsp of coconut oil, 1 tbsp aloe vera and 4 tbsp of water. My hair is super happy with it! Happy you had a pretty good experience too. Also you remind me of Liza Koshy...you're hilarious!

Hey Penny! I have been watching your videos for a while now, your curly hair advice is so helpful! Just a video suggestion, you should try washing your hair in rainwater (using rainwater as a final rinse after conditioning). Because rainwater is a naturally soft water, it's supposed to lack some of the chemicals in tap water and leaves hair more soft and shiny.

I just purchased this set this week, per your previous ravings about Maui Moisture. I love it! Have to go easy on the smoothie portions, though. It's dank with moisture, so small amounts seem to work the best, depending on hair type. Thanks CurlyPenny for reviewing this line! ♡

ik it's been 5 years but if i don't put much jts hard to wash all parts of my hair?? how much should i use i feel ig made my hair greased after only 2 days and made my curls kind of fall
@lynpepler9 ай бұрын
@noura.alrifaii everyone's hair is different. I don't use much because I only wash my scalp, then work the residual lather through the rest. You may need to use more depending on your hair type and/or scalp needs. If it's still not working for you, there's plenty of options out there that will. Hope that helps!

I will finally leave a comment for the first time on one of your videos and say thank you sooooo much Penny for helping us curly and also non-curly girls taking better care of our precious hair! You are truly amazing! You made me love my curly hair again! Years ago I used to hate my curly hair because it would take me so long in the morning to keep it the way I wanted and sometimes it would get unruly and frizzy. At school, the girls envied my hair and the guys would say how beautiful it was but still, I hated it. I started dyeing my hair black, bleached it, dyed it again, did a keratin treatment and used a lot the flat iron. My hair got really damaged. I finally decided to stop dyeing my hair and will never do a keratin treatment again. Also used less and less the flat iron and now I will just put it away and never use it again. Watching your videos taught me how to take better care of my hair and I am already seeing pretty good results. My hair is starting to look better that I can even go outside with it naturally and not in a bun or ponytail anymore. Thank you so much, Penny!! I know this is a very long comment but you deserve knowing how awesome you are! ❤️🤗 I am now a subscriber, fan and watch your videos every day and night! You go girl!! 😄✨

@bryanacornelius26046 жыл бұрын
Yes. The bottle tricks you by saying "sulfate free surfactants" because it isn't sulfate free. I just bought it and was curious why it said that and read the ingredients, got triggered, and researched. That's why I'm here );
@bryanacornelius26046 жыл бұрын
@@sunsetmoonrise5141 I researched it more. I found out it's not a sulfate, it's a sulfinate, which is not strong enough to do the bad things sulfates do, but it's a lot stronger than other cleansers. It's a preference. If your hair is naturally already dry, this is bad to use. If you have a lot of oil, or it's the morning after an oil treatment, then it's fine. Or if you have product buildup, this is good. But I wouldn't use it as your normal shampoo. I highly recommend SheaMoisture
