Graduate of ESSEC, Jean-Noël founded his consultancy Balthazar over 20 years ago. His consultancy focuses on the raison d'être of companies. Author of the book "L'entreprise vraiment responsable" A great art fan, he owns his own gallery in Paris. He is also an investor in impact start-ups.He treats businesses as living organisms and believes that businesses can be the solutions to the problems we face.
