"Make me feel so much when you've got so little to say" hits me more in a comforting sense. Not necessarily needing words to be a solid presence for another person. Grounding them to reality when they get "too into their head", and being there for them in simple acts such as bringing them coffee to bed.

This was written by Mitch and Scott after Scott was inspired when Mark brought him coffee one morning. Scott is the motivation but it was the first time someone did something for him. Each recorded separately due to pandemic so there are over runs but it is still PTX.

Love this song and all of its lyrics and musical complexity. Very poppish, but also classic PTX at the same time. Kevin and Matt just blow it away in support of the singers. Wow!

Those sounds were Matt and a bit of Kirstin. I think the studio version has multiple layers, so they are doing more than one thing at a time, but no instruments.

It's a little different from the studio version. They started using way more studio audio tricks on the Lucky Ones album, none of which are included here. It is nice to know that they can do songs from The Lucky Ones live without losing too much in the way of effects, though. A rule of thumb to use with Pentatonix videos if you think an instrument is being used: if they use an instrument, you will see it in the video. They NEVER sneak one onto the audio.

Their original album is FULL of lyrical "bars"! The songs a deep, yet relatable for sure!!! They didn't add instruments, but in my opinion, because this is an album of originals, they have to compete with every other pop album put there. So I've noticed in every song, they have added one or two elements that are still vocal (a capella), but that are pre-recorded and can't be performed simultaneously by just the 5 of them. One of the songs in the new album does have piano and Kevin's cello. But seriously it's a damn good album!!!
