#1. Your reaction was f*cking AWESOME! #2. As a hardcore Pentaholic, this pitched down version was SOOOOOOOO awkward to listen to! Not that it's bad, it's just so strange to hear their voices, ESPECIALLY Mitch (the brown hair guy, not the bass, the other one) because he's a super high tenor. Overall I really hope you react to more of their stuff! Lord knows us Pentaholics will flock to your channel. We LOVE reaction videos

One of the crazies here ;) We are more commonly known as "Pentaholics" because we are addicted to Pentatonix. As you noticed, this is an acapella (a capella) group that just uses their voices/mouths. The beat-boxer also plays cello occasionally in their videos. Welcome to PTX and looking forward to more reactions from you. There are a lot of videos to watch and you will be consistently impressed with them.

Yes Scott and Mitch are the group Superfruit. Someone on one video said Mitch is a high Tenor, almost into the Alto range. That's pretty high for a guy but Mitch is good at blowing our minds with that incredible voice.

Haha! I don't really mind them, Love Again is much better than this version just because of how the song is arranged (this one is meant to be a higher pitch), but you're right, it does make Scott and Mitch's voices sound weird.

I want SO MUCH to have them on mainstream music. Their talent is OFF the charts. No offense to other artists, but the are technical masterpieces. I should be able to turn on my radio on my way to work and hear their songs..

Definitely check out more of their music, they're absolutely amazing and you'll fall in love with them so fast! Check out their original song Love Again and also their newest video, Evolution of Michael Jackson! La La Latch and Problem are too good recent ones as well. Superfruit is awesome too! Yes. You should definitely react to more of Pentatonix, they're amazing. "Evolution of Michael Jackson" "Evolution of Beyonce" also some of their original songs. And yes, Mitch and Scott are Superfruit. They also do some covers on their 2nd channel, you should check them out. Great reaction! You probably know this, but they received a Grammy for the arrangement of this video. Scott told the audience that they recorded it in one of their apartment closets, and filmed in in the kitchen! That's amazing!

Is this your first Pentatonix reaction? If so, the only ones you have to edit to avoid a strike are the songs that are from their two Christmas albums and Some of the ones on their first Official Album simply titled "Pentatonix" because of the fact that they were produced by RCA, a subsidiary of Sony Music Entertainment. Live performances seem to be left alone. Songs on their first 3 albums (EPs) were funded by Patreons and NOT Sony. One week after winning the Sing-Off (TSO) and receiving some $$ and a recording contract with Sony. The very next week, Sony dropped them. The reason? Sony stated that they believed there wasn't a market for A capella music...Why, then did Sony EVER agree to include that recording contract at all?

Sony had been looking for singers, but had intended to convince them to become more "normal" singers. When Pentatonix refused, the contract was cancelled. I hope that whichever manager signed off on that has since been terminated.
