As a Mozambican 🇲🇿 I am very proud of our land policy. All Land - In terms of the Mozambican Constitution of 2004 and the Land Act of 1997, land cannot be bought or sold in Mozambique, as all land is classified as public domain. Land is granted on a titled concessionary basis on 50-year renewable. In Mozambique Foreigners cannot directly buy land anywhere in the country, but they can make long-term leases for several decades or invest in joint ventures with local businessmen.

@@godpenuel Not really the same, I have seen a lot people who thought it was just like a joke good on paper went trying to buy land but they lost money. In my opinion at least they are protective measures in place. Do you know how many people wanting to buy millions of hectares of land? but end not happening because of the law which protects the homeland. Not to be in the lands of the imperialist. Samora Machel understood that from the beginning after Mozambique gained independence in 1975. One of the biggest challenges investors when they came to explore investment opportunities in the country, they always complain about the land access issue, because it’s not easy.

There are good economic reasons for allowing the sale of land. Machel was wrong. Even today, land is bought and sold in Mozambique under the table. Legalising it would allow the government to tax it and receive revenue. At the same time it would stop politicians from land banking. You don’t know anything about Mozambique’s problems in relation to land; or you are part of FRELIMO

I have seen foreigners come to Mozambique being sold the land & later found out it was against the law & lost all the money. The land law is people’s law, and overwhelmingly people are in favour of this law. It protects the rights of the people to access the land whenever they need it. Recently they have been a call from the right wing of politics in Mozambique, who want the law to be scrapped, and we saw people rose against it, because the government they did take it to the public for discussion about this issue and people rise against it. People don’t like to the privatisation of the land, because if that happens the land will end up being in the hands of the few. You said I don’t want I am talking about first of all I am Mozambican & you really don’t know who I am. Secondly what is wrong to be a member of Frelimo, I am Mozambican and it’s within my rights to join any party I choose.

I grew up in the Mormon faith, only to find out years later that what I know as sacred Mormon truths is African Teachings. Many religions do not talk about a Heavenly Mother but in Mormonism we give recognition to a Heavenly Mother. All the world's religions emerged out of African Spiritual Science, the scientific part is phenomenal! sound, vibration, frequency, matter, space, "time" form Spirituality. I feel so creeped out and can't believe that I have doubted myself for so long in my life. So when I've recently begun to listen and trust myself this podcast occurs and so many things that Bab'Maphonga speaks of what I have been receiving this knowledge from within myself and I genuinely appreciate this episode and the awareness it has brought. I've been seeking for validation for so long and for this to come at a time when I no longer seek for it but more so wording and explanation of all that I have been called to naturally and in such an isolated way, with no elder to explain what I would be going through. It's easy to come up with unfounded concepts and noises but we fail dismally when it comes to responsibility and the most interesting aspect of our articulation is being ' defensive " and this throws us into catalepsy and stagnation development wise. Colonialism is a permanent shadow that is a nightmare to the blacks such that it becomes difficult for us to divorce ourselves from this shadow and start developing things in the African context for our sustaince as à race.

True and a reasonable sentiment my bro. It is because SA 's tolerates freedom of expression and fair protection is guaranteed by the Constitution. That is why SA is said to.have a mature democracy which is a blessing and a curse to SA.depending on the lenses one uses to look at SA. In Zimbabwe, its a different story as if he was to go hard on the government, not only will your life be under threat. Your entire family becomes at risk. So these guys are careful because they have to protect their families home. That is why they can openly criticise any other government hard unless their Zimbabwean government. 47:25 interesting the things that align with what’s in the Bible. Lineages…fasting…dreams. I believe food is medicine. That which Maponga has described is currently what I’m practicing. Heavy meal in the morning…light meal later in the day around 5-6pm (but l sleep late). I consume a lot of lemon, ginger, turmeric, garlic etc. l go for weeks without meat (when l do l enjoy even more). Fasting is also natural to me.

I agree with his statement regarding school, I'm a Graduate in finance and I never studied motor mechanics or diesel but I can disassemble and assemble an engine, just today I was working on a 2KD engine, even timing the oil pump gears too but I have never been to school to study it.

As a South African, I nearly said Zimbabwe is lucky to have a man with so much wisdom as Maponga J, but I realized I would be wrong to say that. I rather say we are lucky as Africans to have thinkers like Maponga J. I bought his book FIND YOUR TRUTH, but I have not read it, as I am currently reading Zulu Shaman by Ntate Credo Vusamazulu Mutwa. Great interview, Big up Penuel, I cant wait for the second one.
