Love your videos. Always good. Could you give me any advice on getting in to site work. Im a joiner (i know sorry...) but ive not been in the trade for 23 years (i do have my cscs card) but evry company site i email never reply or dont want anyone without site experience etc. How on earth can anyone in my position get back in to it to get experience if no site will give you the chance? Have you got any advice for someone like me trying to get back in to it please. Thank you anf keep up the good work. Golden rule never lend your tools out lol

Are you emailing the house builders? They will not employ you as everything is sub contract. Seek out small to medium carpentry companies that do both residential and contract works. Also contact small independent builders. That is your best route in.

@@user-sc4mv2hu2c cheers, you’re right I have been emailing the companies direct such as jones homes Barrett etc…..like you say no joy. Never even reply. Problem I’ve been having is they all seem to want 3-4 years experience! Same old problem how can you get experience if you can’t get the job! Been doing property maintenance instead at the moment that’s a bit jack of all trades which is good but doesn’t pay well. Seems strange as we are being told there’s a skills shortage. Not here in Leeds there isn’t….frustrating.

Hi changy i learnt that mistake on site lending some bricker one of my old trowels wat was my first every trowels giving to me at 14 u wont be the first our last to fallout 🧱👌are they brickers working with u our they doing there bricking course with u top video and top work mate 🧱👌
