People are hacking RING Cameras. Fixed!!!!

Thanks for that tip! I always use a different password for everything. Sure, it's a pain in the butt, but I would rather take a little extra time to look up each password than have someone gain access to every account I have. It's amazing how many people don't change other really important ones like their routers and bank accounts. I drive my kids crazy because I change the passwords to the internet and Netflix every month.

the devices are not getting hacked. If you know the password it's not a hack, it's logging in.

You didn't mention how the Ring community app they have is fully controlled by your local PD. If you think that's all they can see you're mistaken. Your local PD never break the law!. I have seen too many people report stuff on that app just to have it taken down. The app is absolutely worthless if you are having problems with strangers coming on your property. Them getting involved with the app is something new and this has to be spread to everybody about these kind of electronics in your home. I would never put cameras inside my house

Ye but fo know hackers also target your cellular network account to forward messages or call plus can also clone your phones. They target emails too.

It works when other people hack into your account. But RING has a loop router that by passes the security question and they can hack your video stream at any time and watch you're feed on that camera. I can't trust RING for that reason they are invading people's privacy and that's illegal just like Amazon is watching their deliveries as well from that RING network.

its not hack proof but it does make it a more pain in the ass process for hackers to get into these types of devices

yet you haven’t seen the 0 day for bypassing 2 step. It’s still possible to hack the cameras with it enabled (2 step)
