Rockstar / Take Two support says to report cheating under the "Exploits" category. I think you picked "Griefing" there. I hate-love that they term mod-menu use as an exploit, because they're basically admitting that the cheaters are using the engine's own dev-tools which R* can't be bothered to remove.

ive reported people through the social club website with video evidence and all they have done is censor the post and take out their usernames and remove the video link. rockstar/take two obviously are massively incompetent just by looking at this video because they "say" they are against modded accounts, yet the account i play on has a negative billion deaths, so its kd goes up everytime i get a kill ( i have like a 2000kd). now i dont care modded accounts not modded as long as your not using cheats like modded could mean modded outfits or modded cars or whatever. but how can you not flag a account for manual review and tell its modded with 2000kd when you have a leaderboard and score and rockstar social club stat system?

It prevents the God mode from using any vehicles. And they just have a buddy go off the radar or ghost organization so you kill them and have to wait 45 minutes and get charged for the shot. I heard you can knock them out of God mode by holding them under a tank or half track. Haven't tried it.

There's a glitch you can do to GM your Nightclub Van. I usually jump in that and run them over. The Terador is pretty good too since the boost refreshes quickly. Also, the RC Truck can knock them over if you jump into them. For griefers who go passive, you can park a Issi with spikes on it next to them and shoot the Atomizer to knock it into them and it kills. Alternatively, you can bait them to hop in and it will force them out of passive.
