Great idea to bring awareness to this. We like to clean up spots we stay when at all possible. Really have a problem with the people that leave it like this - such narrow understanding of their place in the world... Safe travels guys and hope we see you again in AZ this year.

Thanks for cleaning that up. We are part of the movement. If we don't we'll lose all the great spots that we all enjoy.

So sad to see that. Some people suck. I always have trash bags with me and clean up trash we see. That way people see it nice and clean and thank God for the beauty. All glory to God. Great job...

Amen! I very much agree. The world around us is what we make of it. If we don’t like what we see, we should do something about it. This problem, and others like it, have gone on for too long now. It also feels good to be a blessing to others. Lead by example. God bless you guys. Thank you for being bold enough to talk about this with your viewers. 👍🏽👍🏽🙏🏽😎

AB Roadrunners, what you're calling a washer is a swamped cooler and cooler pads. We picked up for years.. We did a video the closures of camping areas in Apache Junction AZ. The stuff your showing was done by local but not all is done but the locals. I agree the rangers are short staffed. They get hurt. Quartzsite trash dampers mess was picked up by the locals. Everyone packing in needs to pack it out. Clean up after your self. AB Roadrunners does their part and doesn't say oh we cleaned this we cleaned that. We just do it.

This is AWESOME! We always try to leave our campsite better then when we found it. I know you don't want the credit publicly but what if you at least mentioned where/how you disposed of the trash collected? Just a thought. Thanks for another amazing video and you can count us in on the movement!
@kathykoevenКүн бұрын
Not a washing machine. It’s a swamp cooler. It’s not likely something you’d see in the south east of USA as it’s too humid there. Swamp coolers work in dry climates.

That was an old air conditioner. The filters you found probably when inside of it. Not an old washing machine…

I watched one of your videos where you hurt your back. You should purchase a truck bed lift from Harbor Freight because it's a real back saver getting heavy items in/out of the truck bed. It's actually called a HAUL-MASTER 1/2 Ton Capacity Pickup Truck Bed Crane. They are very easy to install too.

As you look at the higher ground in that area where you two collected the refuse look at how the sides of the hills and mountains have stepped ledges, then look up “lake Bonneville”, really interesting history of that area in the west.

That’s not an AC unit it’s a swamp cooler used for cooling in AZ when humidity is very low

Great video guys!! We do the same stuff and post on our off road adventure channel because of the same reason, THEY WILL SHUT IT DOWN!! Its exhausting seeing all the trash people just leave around or through out of their rigs. We aren't silent about because we really want others to do the same and help keep our lands clean. We are all in on this movement! If ya want go take a look at some of our videos that have trash pick up on the trails we off road on. Every little bit does help. Thanks guys and safe travels..

Hehehe yeah that’s the old swamp cooler, and cooler pads over there by the truck parts. Yes JUST SAD. And I think that this stuff is NOT RV stuff.

After it's cleaned up put up a couple signs saying littering and dumping is illegal. Up to $1,000 fine and jail penalty. Smile you're on camera! Then set up camouflaged trail cams at various spots. BTW, my guess is a swamp cooler.
@ohioclassCcamperКүн бұрын
Totally agree about everyone can pitch in to clean things up. My wife and I do are street we walk about 2 mile. We put trash with our house hold. Then we pick up can an donate them to animal shelter. We also if we can clean state park trails. But think you should post when you find areas that have trash one blm land to draw attention to it

We were at the Silver Island Mountain Byway mid-to late October and didn't find those things, but then we didn't go deep, we could still see the entrance sign! I picked up glass while there-I used a doggy poop bag! I saw mostly glass....glass and more glass! We're now just east of Yuma and the park we're staying in until February used to be a place that allowed dispersed camping & the glass is insane! I was told that a couple of years ago there was a "glass pick up" event and it was pretty cleaned up, yet there is still glass! They figure that the wind and erosion keep exposing it. That means garbage/broken glass keeps on impacting spaces for decades. I just can't imagine why someone wouldn't pick up something they just dropped! Thanks for cleaning up the heavy stuff. I actually was expecting the BLM lands to be worse than what we found. Craggy Wash had a discarded bin that I used to put the trash in around our space. It's nuts, it's also not hard to NOT drop stuff!

I agree with everything y’all said, but I don’t think you should be quiet about this going forward. I think you should SHOW on every video, y’all cleaning up. You need to set an example, and maybe that would start a movement.

Ok I guess its time for me to unsubscribe. Everyone has a choice on religion. No one needs to preached to. Ok so you have your PERSONAL beliefs. I have mine too, plus I have left many channels because they start spouting their political views, and now its seems its going to be the people like you , that are acting like your religion and your opinions and beliefs should be pushed off on everyone. Well. maybe you should have just stayed on topic of people ruining areas instead of going off on a preaching binge, & I agree people don't need to trash out places, but i don't watch you tube to get religion shoved down my throat. You just lost a subscriber. If you can't or won't stay on one topic without forcing your opinion on people maybe don't have a channel at all. This is still the USA and we do have a freedom of choice. Freedom of religion, Freedom of political views, and freedom to pick what our entertainment will be. You just lost a subscriber over you trying to force what you believe down my throat. Have a nice life.... Over an out.

Sometime it’s wise to just hit the unsubscribe and leave. If you watched any of their videos, it’s not hard to see they place God at the center of their lives. So you should have unsubscribe a long time ago then. Buh-Bye

So appreciate you two. We try and pick up trash when we are out in So. Oregon forest or wherever. I am so naive at times I won't tell you what I found at a camp site this summer and hauled out to dispose. Now i know. There were pipes etc too. It is a minimum $35 to go to our transfer station, I believe. However, we can't stand the trash people leave. Blessings to you. We enjoy your videos. Great verse from God's Word.
