I do hope everyone was all right when the 'Niacin Flush' (a warm feeling that seems to suddenly hit you a short time after drinking a 5 Hour Energy) kicked in. sugarhigh10 I once drank 4 in a day by accident, because I had forgotten about the first 2. Definitely not recommended, unless you want to have your heart at 180+ bpm, your fingers bending backwards from extreme muscle contractions, and feeling like you can actually feel the rotation of the earth. Assuming was health related issue which couldn't handle it. Caff is a drug on its own, basically weaker version of speed. And people should know when to stop once the side effects become apparent as well.

Jet Acer each 2 people drank pretty much a half bottle. That is 107.5 mg of caffeine per bottle. They had three, so that is x3 so 322.5. They each had 161.25 mg of caffeine each for the total number of bottles and how much one person drank of each. An 8oz coffee is 95 divide that by 2 for half the cup and you get a total of 47.5 mg of caffeine as opposed the original 95 mg that the total cup had.

Thanksgiving night at Walmart(local shopping place here in US) and there was huge line for some sort of electronics that everyone felt they couldn't live without(my self included). I tried an off brand 5 hour energy shot before, and it almost put me to sleep. Granted, I was sick (and I don't know if that had anything to do with it), but I took one because I was hanging out with some friends to give me an energy boost and it was the complete opposite for me. Then again, stimulants do calm me down every now and then.

There is a reason coke dealers use vitamin b12 to cut their cocaine with. As you see in the video it has the same effect as cocaine, same color as well, and fast acting. 5 hour energy is Vitamin B6 40 mg - 2000% of the RDA., Vitamin B12 500 mcg - 8333% of the RDA. OK 5 hour energy drink Story time! a few years back I was driving a road trip from Toronto Ontario Canada, to Halifax Nova Scotia Canada. It's roughly a 24 hour drive if you don't stop. You can get it done in 36 hours if you stop. So I decided to go non stop. and to keep my self awake during this very long I drank 8 of theses drinks in a 24 period. I was about to drink my 9th one when I felt the tip of my nose starting to go numb. So I decided to drive with the window for the last 3 hours of my drive. SO moral of the story is Don't stay awake driving for 24 hours and Don't drink any more then 8 of these or you may very well have a heart attack.

The point is, you take it when your tired and it restores your mental acuity. You suddenly notice that you have no trouble concentrating and you feel like you just had a good nap. You don't feel jittery or like you took a stimulant. You just feel rested. Also, since it is not a lot of liquid, you don't have to go to the bathroom. That's handy when driving. I love the stuff, but it tastes like death.

Once at work a couple of groggy employees asked me to make my special "black death" sludge coffee which is just regular coffee but double strength ..maybe 2 .5 sometimes three .this time I added two 5 hours to the pot .i thought it would dilute the effect but they both got wired for sound!!!!They got all their work done for the week in 8 hours ..which was a good thing because after i pryed them off the ceiling with a stick I had to send them to rehab ..they are now are on a 12 step program ..one day at a time

It's just caffeine and an insane amount of vitamin-B(6/12) . The latter is what gives you the energy and is safe to consume in high doses (body takes what it needs, then passes excess through urine). The only downside is the crash when it wears off. Supposedly, the caffeine level is equal to that of a single cup of coffee.

Alan Zlotkowski Historically speaking, the modern idea of gender identification being linked with the colors blue and pink didn't begin until the early 20th century. Also, more importantly, at that time it was opposite from today's standard, in that pink was recommended for boys and blue for girls. It wasn't until the 1940s that clothing manufacturers swapped the colors, and major retailers started suggesting and advertising pink as a girl's color.

You are a lightweight. An extra strength 5hr energy has 242mg of caffeine. A small (tall) Starbucks regular coffee has 260mg. A medium Dunkin Donuts coffee is 210. This is similar to 3 shots of espresso, which isn't much considering espresso is normally consumed 2 shots at a time. We are talking about 2 mugs of homemade coffee, one to go coffee, or 1 and a half lattes. This is not a lot of coffee, for most people, this is the bare minimum they need to get up in the morning.

I drink a ton of coffee. The cup I generally use holds 16 oz, and I drain that twice before noon. Last I checked coffee doesn't have a buttload of niacin, B6, B12 and all the other stuff a 5 hour power (extra strength or not) has in it.
