At my dad's office they have to have a separate fridge for young mom's breast milk, because people were DRINKING IT, thinking it was normal milk. So they bought a second fridge, and put a sign on it that says "Thirsty? Go to the other fridge." Then there's a smaller sign (like small print) that says "It's breast milk, enjoy." I love my dad's office XD

I don't work in an office, but I think school counts. One time during lunch, my friend pulled out a bean boozled game from their lunchbox. All my friends started to play, and when it was my turn I got a light brown one. My dumbass goes, "What flavor of chicken nugget is this?" And all my friends and even a few others spectating laughed.

That Reeses, Skittles and M&Ms one is particularly evil -- most people's eyes slide off the differences, and they truly don't notice until it's too late and they've grabbed a handful. Sorting them out from each other is hard for the same reason. And eating them mixed that way creates a synergy flavor that does not exist in any of them individually, that is strongly reminiscent of floor cleaning solvent. It's an especially fun solution to people stealing candy from your desk.
@juangama18506 жыл бұрын
Did you find this out the hard way? lol

I heard about it in a pranks compilation, then had to try it. And, just to be safe, I never use a prank on someone I haven't tested on myself. I used to be a janitor, I KNOW that smell and it was often strong enough to taste it too. Bleagh.

Lorrie Smith I didn’t leave the hospital with a single bandage on after my deviated septum surgery. It was supposed to be an outpatient surgery but ended up having to stay the night since I wouldn’t stop throwing up blood. I didn’t know this until the day they took it out (two weeks after surgery) but I had a plastic (maybe it was silicone) splint up my nose that was at least 3-4 inches long. As they were removing it, they just kept pulling, and pulling, and pulling on the darned thing. If they had shown it to me before they put it in, I would have sworn it would have been long enough to penetrate my brain. Oh man, did that thing hurt coming out!

GoldArmored that's fair. That's how it is where I live in western wa. But our roads aren't equipped for it, and nor are our drivers. Sometimes it's fine and easy to drive on main roads. But you're screwed if you live on any hill ( just about, here) unless your car is made for that kind of weather. It's embarrassing though for us when anyone here comes from Canada, the mid west, or the east coast lol.

Some were nice, some were genius and everything else in between; it didn't matter for the smiles it brought to my face. One serious question though: it may seem like a "why make such a big fuss out of it", but why DO people think it's ok to eat someone else's (unlabelled) food? And why is there always that someone who gives a crap if it's labelled and eat it anyway? Although a totally different setting, some guy kept stealing my food and when I confronted him he laughed at me that I was crazy. "YOUR food??? Because you wrote your name on it? Silly little girl". I was about to smack him in the face, but didn't. If you ever ate food that you didn't bring and either was or wasn't labelled: why did you? Why not ask or go out and buy something during lunch break? Just wondering as it seems like such a global thing. Or I did just a Western thing? Somehow I can't see Asian people do, but maybe that's just bias.
@carlbruschnigjr17576 жыл бұрын
You just have to handle food thieves like I did once. Someone kept stealing lunches. So I decided to make a very special lunch. Hamburger . . . with a half of bottle of Ass Kickin' Hot Sauce mixed into the meat. The other half got mixed into the ketchup. Dijon mustard with a good dose of wasabi powder mixed in. The hamburger bun had more wasabi powder sprinkled on it. Chili peppers instead of pickles. You know how they saw dairy products are good for cutting the heat? Not when you mix in some vinegar . . . The next day about 20 minutes before lunch, everyone in the shop heard a blood-curdling scream coming from the break area. We see one of the temp workers come running out of the area headed to the fridge. He grabs the one carton of milk, tears it open and pours it down his throat. Three seconds later, it looked like a volcano erupted vomit. It was years before another lunch was stolen.
@thefemalien77646 жыл бұрын
Carl Bruschnig, Jr OMG, you are way higher up the "I'll give you a nice lunch you won't remember for a while...."-ladder than me. 😂 Was he there the next day? I mean, if not all the wasabi and other hot sauces and stuff were coming out his mouth.... I don't even want to know the pain down there 😆😆
