When a person sees a sign that says you will be towed in 24 hours….no time is noted. How does the car owner know when the sign was left?

It wasn't his. He loaned money to someone to buy the car. At least that was my understanding. I do kind of feel sorry for the guy though, you can tell he's not the brightest bulb, and it cost him a grand.

He has no incentive to sign a contract with her for towing. She has incentive to get him to sign a contract for towing. She should’ve just given him the car back and kept him happy. She was in the right to tow the car, you have to pick your battles. 🤷‍♀️

I think the defendant scammed the plaintiff, then ransomed the car back they were not to take till 24 hours from monday, which would of gave the Plaihntiff time to check on the car. I think the defendant stuck the paper on there as soon as the man left, I do not agree, I think she sould return the car no fees. and if there is an issue with her boss it is between him and her underhanded dealings.
