Wrecking a wedding

The plaintiff says she hired the defendant to photograph her wedding in 2016 and she has yet to get the images. All he gave her was a DVD with a few unedited pictures. She’s suing him for a refund and then some. The defendant says the plaintiff is impossible to deal with, and he refuses to offer a refund.
