I feel like somehow Blue pepe was born that way, and everything he touches goes through it's normal life cycle then dies immediately, so he stays in the woods to not harm anyone, however he still has emotions of course, being so depressed, and seeing those other pepe's walking on a trail, when he picked up the baby bird, to show the pepe's on the trail, instead of using words, being so sad, he wanted others to see his curse of a power, he wanted a hug, to suffice his depression, when he closed his eyes and smile came on his face i feel like that was his first hug, not realizing he killed a pepe, the pepe willing to give him hug, HAS A HEART OF GOLD!!!!
