I also forgot to mention his backturned stance, which is 50/50's and a lot of poking as well. Lei can utilize his backturned transition to actually "Haha Step" which is a very fast backwards movement.

PHX 2 was a launcher on normal hit and still is. If you look closely, he power crushes Laws df2 and hits him in his recovery time. Not as CH.
