I like and appreciate that she's very clear in her videos about how fast they often sell out, and repeats in the different videos exactly what day and time they will be available. I understand it can be frustrating to see everything sold out, but the openness and information she always shares gives the opportunity to plan accordingly. I was shocked when I first started watching and heard how fast they normally sell out, but setting my alarm and being there right at the start of the release has worked so far!

It has worked for me too! It may sound extreme to set up an account, set an alarm and refresh the page over and over as the site goes live, but Katie is so popular that if every single one of her subscribers wanted one of her KZbin soaps (assuming on the high end there were 250 of each) *only 0.26%* of them would get a bar. Evergreen was probably my favorite! It looked like something I could achieve in my own soapmaking endeavors and the little juniper flowers and berries made it look so festive 😍 However the Thanksgiving soap was really fun to watch and the result was surprisingly beautiful for being made out of food lol. You make the whole artisan soap making look so fun and like art. I bought the sugar plum fairy last year and finally decided to use it. I cut it in half to make it more hand manageable. What I want to say here is... “It’s soooooo soft.” I’m not sure mention is made of the feel of the soap, how soft it is. I bought the frosted soap collection on Small Business Saturday. But now I've got to decide which ones go to which people as gifts, and which ones I want to horde for myself! (including the ones I bought back in November for gifts.) I bought my first two bars of soap from Royalty Soaps in October. They're really hearty bars that last a long while. And I have to say, the amount of scent in them is just right. Not overpowering, but not "barely there" either. And you get a LOT of soap. I still haven't broken into my first high-top because there's just so much dang soap in them. It's like getting two of a regular bar.

For the peppermint embeds: you could try to find a customisable stamp (one you can order or change the stamp shape of) approximately the size you like to make the peppermint circles, and stamp the red colour on in the desired shape instead of hand painting each individual line

you should make decorative soaps like safiya nygaard did but make it a pie. make the crust out of soap, and everything. and use a flat piping tip for the top crust and have apple embeds (or fruit embeds based on the soap you make) and the bars can be pie slices

Have you thought about making a stamp for your peppermint embeds? They have kits for you to make your own stamps. Or you can use the food safe molding kit that you used to make you your cookies and cream embeds to make a stamp.
