PEPPERMINT CRISP TRIFLE.

Peppermint crisp Trifle
Ingredients
4 cups fresh whipping cream
1/2 icing sugar ( optional)
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cans caramel
2 slabs of grated pepper crisp chocolate
1 Slab of lindt dark chocolate 70%
2 packets of tennis biscuits, 1 caramel and 1 chocolate mint.
60 grams melted butter
Grated chocolate for decorating and fresh mint. Or pipe on whipped fresh cream.
Correction-
I grated 2xr49grams Peppermint crisp chocolate with a Slab of lindt dark chocolate and added it to the whipped cream and caramel mixture.

@@irenamason1577 If you outside S.A. an can't find mint caramel thn th regular caramel is fine, th peppermint fridge tart was traditionally made with th plain caramel so it won't b a flop if you use regular plain caramel an use any mint chocolate if you can't find th peppermint mint crisp
