There 'are' no differences because they're all made in a 'A' factory which has multiple production lines and they are simply rebadged according to their client - QYT, Wouxun, Baofeng to mention a few and has been like that for a long time. Think TYTERA MD380 and RETEVIS RT3 ~ identical.

That would be correct. I still see the generic unbranded ones on Alibaba. Heck, they've even rebranded this as a PMR446 radio(Sanchar G10U) here in India.

I bought this radio last summer (2016) thinking it would be a cheaper alternative to the big three. It was cheap, alright. I realized it stopped receiving when my HT was receiving, but it went to sleep. You get what you pay for. POS! KG6CMF

Is there a reason why you did not switch the Power meter reading down to the 20 watt scale, after checking the O/P on the higher scale ?.
@ChrisTheHulk7 жыл бұрын
Nope. Normally run on the 200W scale

Have a question about this radio. My beep is set for ON, But it does not appear to be working, Also when the radio is set on scan you can hear someone is talk about 10 secs then it goes back into scan, It only does it in scan mode. What do I need to set?
