Peptide BPC 157 for Injury Repair

I’ve had 3 meniscus surgeries over the past 3 years. A MCL tear, Shoulder injuries from car accidents, broken ribs and have a pin in my scaphoid. I’m probably missing a couple lol. Within 2 days I noticed a difference! Im doing 150mg twice a day. Im 42 245lbs have a degree in Kinesiology and been an athlete for 25 years. So far so good.

Thats great. Is it 150mg in a capsule? I have just started taking 500mg twice a day orally.

I had bad planter fasciitis, torn rotator cuff, elbow pain and my joints just felt tight. Started taking BPC 157. 3 weeks in and all my injuries are gone. I’m amazed. I’ve had a couple cortisone shots for my planter fasciitis and it never worked. BPC 157 fixed it.

Where were you injecting and what dose? I just started injecting my knee at 500mcg a day and hoping it takes away some pain. Thanks

I've started it. Lots of long-term running injuries - It has reduced pain by at least 30% so far. We are trying it for 3 months cause I'm old and injury-plagued and It will take awhile. (3 months of 3 weeks on - 1 week off). Very low does tho, only .5 per day. We may have to bring that up. Injections were super easy to get used to.

Dr. Rick.. I took a steriod shot about 3 weeks ago for bersitus in the shoulder.. MRI revealed no reason or issue for any surgery. The streiod shot is not working.. Do I need to wait any period of time from when I took the steriod shot before I can use BPC 157? TIA

Would BPC 157 be helpful for Tendinosis and peritendinitis of the supraspinatus tendon with small partial-thickness insertional tear extending to articular surface?
