This lecture helps you determine how your firm or products are perceived by your customers in relation to your competition. Very helpful for small or big businesses trying to find new niches where they could sell their products.

You are very welcome. The language videos started with me making videos for my wife for her to get ready to move to Europe with me, the travel videos started because I got tired of bad travel books telling me that every city was Paris or Prague, and the marketing videos I started making to help my students study for their exams (I am a Professor of Marketing in my day job) :) I am really happy to hear you like the video and the channels! A big thank you to you!

Hi BADM 320 students from Fall 2019... Wow I need to lose weight. Sorry for the last minute cancelation of class. I will have some new segmentation videos out later this month to make up for this old one and the other old one you have. The media space videos were filmed last summer so you will recognize some of the shirts :)

I really like your videos about German language (that is why i subscribed) than i found out that you also have videos about traveling (The Top 10 Sights and 5 Things and 5 Things You Will Love & Hate About.... are the best!) and than these videos about marketing are very interesting and informative. The combination of language, traveling and marketing, on one channel. NICE! Thx Mark :)

Thank you for this video. It was very helpful! I would want to know how you can draw a multidimensional perceptual map with different characteristics as perceived by the consumer

Thank you very much and the video helps me to understand perceptual map. But there is one thing i'm not very clear, how can we set the boundary of each features ? like how do we measure it and put it in different position? Is there any way we can make a perceptual map more digitization and more accurate?...

Can perceptual mapping be done with ranks?

Somebody help, please. talking about the perceptual map of fast food. I will try to change names to see if I understood. so Mc Donalds here will be Name Bubbles. Its position where it is because it offers low quality and low price. Burger King will be Mabel Labels. It's position there because it has a mid-range price and high quality? and last, Wendy's. Wendy's will be Stuck on you. It's positioned there because it offers high quality and high price. I got it right?
