It's worth mentioning I DID NOT lose weight but I am happy for my strength.
@ivankunicstipcic29944 жыл бұрын
@@smy693 you didnt lose any weight because these exercises are not good for burning fat, they are a good core workout and they will improve your strenght, but if you want to lose weight, you have to go for a walk or a run, it will be much better and you will lose way more calories. This video misinforms people into thinking that they will have abs if they do this workout when in reality, they will never get them because its not possible to lose weight doing this workout since it burns so little. You will lose like 1 pound of fat in a month but only if you dont eat more than you do now. Also, in a best case scenario where this burns 100 calories if you do everything which people probably wont (mind you people watching this are probably overweight and and most cant do a handstand and the L stand cant even be done by 90% of fit people), even then if you eat a scoop of 120 calories after this workout you will be in a surplus instead of a deficit and you will store even more fat. All in all, chris does great workouts for people who are already in shape and want to gain more muscle, but if you want your abs to show and you want to lose weight, just go for a run, that will be way better for you because with this video, people are just gonna get demotivated because they wont lose any noticeable amount of fat.

After 9 months I can do this routine 4 times, with 5s handstands and proper L-sit, without feeling like I'm going to die afterwards. I agree. I have 2 tats myself below the waist. Most likely, tattoos represent hurdles theyve overcame or certain situation happened in their life or just show art that they like. People are so guarded now a days, feel like tattoos represent angst or bad. Its an art for themselves, not to make people feel uncomfortable or look to as trouble. Body is like a canvas and the tattoos are stories. Just like different skin colors, people with tats are just the same if they didn't have them. Talk to them, find out their story. You probably won't regret hearing it and make a really great friend or meet someone pretty cool afterwards.

I got hurt really badly about a year ago, and gained 25lbs. I did a HITT workout in the morning, then Stength training, and did this 30 min after dinner religiously for a few months with clean eating and bam got the six pack back and feel amazing. Strength keeps improving and the weight is in check and gaining a little muscle mass. Anything is possible with dedication, just get after it and follow your passion.

I agree but what processed him to do that? was he drunk or covering scars? so distracting and I need his help to get lean again and fit. I was in the hospital two months going from one disaster to another. Heart attack, triple cabbage heart bypass, stroke in the recovery room after surgery, blood thinner had a GI bleed, almost bleed to death just getting over the shock and sight of blood loss thinking how can I still be living 3 blood transfusions they still almost let me bleed to death before taking action blood from my stomach pouring out out my ass . Moved in dramatic fashion by EMT staff taking me out of a hospital and racing me to another back to seeing the blood knowing it all had bleed out my ass and thinking how can I survive losing so much blood. after 3 transfusions I hospital almost bleed out couldn't tell anyone my name. The wild ambulance ride from one hospital to another. hospital security taking my phone "losing" it being cutoff from the world alone couldn't call a soul only 1 landline number was left in my memory. everything happened so quickly hardly anyone knew I was ill or needed prayer. Then like the blood thinner without discussion it was put on a statin and once again went from being down to almost out. First time I couldn't walk, first time I was falling back into walls trying to tip around on hurting feet, hip pain. The walker didn't made things worse actually as any weight on my feet was extremely painful.I actually left the hospital with my midsection looking like I had sono hello treatments, now that midsection body fat high BP is coming back and I've got to fight. As I can't be back in the hands of doctors and their pill prescription mill again that always seems to trigger a bad undesired reaction. Who knew I had malformed veins and arteries from 60 years earlier when I had first formed as a fetus in my stomach and small intestines that had never revealed itself waiting on a standard doctor without discussion automatically prescribe routine big Pharma drugs to ill effect. I have to get fit and end the pop a pill treatment.
