Great question. To avoid doing the magic circle to begin, you can do the chain 4 and making the circle. After you make the circle you will begin row 1 the exact same way. You're just replacing the beginning circle. So chain 3, then make 2 dc in the circle, and continue... 🤗💖🧶

I can’t make the ring thing in the start

No worries! Try chaining 4, and then slip stitch into the first chain to form a circle. After you make the circle, chain 3 for your first double crochet of round 1. And work the rest of the round just like I show in the video. I hope this helps! 🤗💖🧶
