PERFECT BMW HALO HEADLIGHTS! (Wiring Angel Eyes)

Today I install the Depo Headlights and I must say for $300, they are Amazing! The old BMW halogen headlights were just way too out dated and needed a more modern look. So I ordered Bmw Halo lights and they look incredible. They were plug and play with only the halos needing to be wired to the fog lights.

Are the xenons themselves plug and play? I got a pre facelift E46 with halogens from factory like yours did. Did it require any coding or any type of wiring? Ive had OEM xenons installed in the past where the xenons would work fine with the ignition turned on but as soon as you start the engine they flicker

Why did you connect it to the fog lights? If you connect it to the sidelights you can turn it on and off aswell? Or does this not work?

Side lighta would make halos blink, which would be cool if they changed colors but these do not.

So i put the headlights on, and the halos won’t turn on, i have the red connected to the + and the black behind it, but it won’t turn on, any thoughts?

You need to wire them to the accessory so when you turn the key they will turn on, or do like I did and connect them to the fog lights

The accessory for when you turn your key to the on position so as soon as you fire it up they are on

yo, so the other wires are only for the fog lights, i got the same headlights and i don’t have fog lights so i don’t need that extra red and black wire correct?

The other wires are for the halos, I routed mine to my fog lights if you dont have fogs, then you will need to route them to the accessory for them to work

Yes, quality of the LED and how long it will last you. Better quality rings are more expensive.
