I make similar cookies, but without the chocolate chips. Before putting them in the oven I make a small indent with my finger in the middle that I later fill with apricot jam and bake for another five minutes. After they are done I let them cool and then dip the tops in chocolate ... delicious!

Looks like she got a book deal and still does content for them on a monthly basis instead of videos like this. Most likely she just decided to move on to do her own thing but, works with BA as a freelance gig.
