Хороший план. Кухня-столовая очень просторные, много воздуха. Понравилась спальня со своим санузлом на 1 этаже, подойдет пожилым людям. Понравилось расположение постирочной, но думаю, что часть ее нужно отделить под туалет. А вот санузел на втором этаже расположен ужасно. Его надо разместить справа от лестницы, а вход в комнату перенести. Имеющийся с/у можно оставить для четвертой спальни.

And yet another bizarre offering fro Cozy Woodnest. ..... So .... If you have guests and they need to use the toilet they have to walk THROUGH the bedroom and THEN squeeze between the vanity and the shower stall to get to it ? I guess having your clothes washer and dryer displayed in a big open room to the public some sort of status symbol ? 😂🤣😂

Curieuse conception...Les appareils électroménagers sont exposés dans la salle à manger, les toilettes d'invités du rez-de-chaussée vous obligent à traverser une chambre, les chambres sont minuscules avec peu de place pour le rangement, il y a une perte de place sur le palier du 1er étage, avec des fauteuils et un pauvre canapé qui fait face à un mur...La déco est triste, moche, sans consistance. Franchement, ce n'est pas une réussite. Désolée d'être aussi vindicative.
