I’ve made 2 of these recipes so far, and they were both amazing. The winner was the umeboshi, bonito, and torn cucumber, but the tuna mayo cucumber was so delicious too. I did turn the tuna mayo into sandwiches, and it worked very well with lettuce and tomato added to soft bread. Perfect for summer picnics, so thank you. I’ve planted quite a few cucumber plants in my garden, so hopefully I’ll have enough of my own crop to try out all 8 recipes in a few months.
