I think the higher quality chocolates usually come in the shape of a chocolate bar, but yes, there are chocolate chips or “melts” made for melting that would be more convenient

I tried this recipe and it's so good T_T I wanted to share with my friends but somehow by the next day it was gone, do not leave unattended Edit: here's a summary of all the steps to those amazing brownies: cut the butter and the chocolate and melt together using hot water. in another bowl take your egg, sugar, and vanilla and whisk together. put the bowl over hot water (just like we did with the chocolate) and whisk until all the sugar has melted completely. once the sugar has melted whip the mixture using a hand mixer until it's fluffy and dense. pour in the melted chocolate mixture. make sure to fold in the chocolate so the mixture will stay fluffy. add in your flour, cocoa powder, and salt and again fold until combined. pour the batter into a pan lined with parchment paper and bake for 23-30 min, at 170 degrees.

Hi! For the brown sugar what did you use? The brown sugar used in the video looked somewhat different from the normal brown sugar used. It looks here like cane sugar that’s brown so do we use brown sugar or cane sugar. Thankyou!🤗

After having this recipe saved for a good while I finally made it. Since our oven is broken I put the Brownie-Mixture in one of those Pudding-Forms (Think english puddings), and put it in a waterbath where it stayed a good 2 hours. Now this has cooled down to room temperature and oh my god this are the most delicious brownies I ever had. Its not at all "cakey", but more like a dense, creamy and rich mousse au chocolat with a little fudgey chew. This is honestly so forbidden I will only make it for special occations now or else I will never stop eating it 😅. Also the batter was incredibly quick to put together really. So perfect for the spontanious (if you can actually make it in an oven lol).

curaçao i guess a wider/ narrower pan would make your brownies thinner/thicker, so baking time may have to be changed

저도 이 레시피 보고 퍼지 브라우니 만들어 먹었어요 휘핑하는 과정에서 영상 속의 모습처럼 제대로 휘핑 했으면 뽀얗게 됐을텐데 그걸 못 참고 기포 정리 안한 채 다른 재료들이랑 섞고 반죽하고 구웠더니 브라우니 표면은 잔잔한 물결은 생기지 않았지만 에프에 굽고 나서 열을 빼낸 다음에 냉장고에 하루정도 냉장보관 했는데 꾸덕하면서 파베초콜릿 같은 식감이 나왔어요ㅋㅋ 구운 직후에 먹는 것도 맛있지만 꾸덕한 식감을 원한다면 냉장보관 해도 맛있는것 같아요. 다음엔 브라우니 만들때 계란 기포정리 제대로 하고 만들어야겠어요 윗면은 슈가파우더를 뿌려서 나름대로 데코 했어요

I've tried these on the weekend but never had the time to comment.. I followed the recipe the only thing that I changed was the sugar measurement because the chocolate I used weren't dark so I was afraid the brownies will turn out too sweet, but on the other hand I had real dark cocoa powder so.. I kinda messed up a little but they still tasted magnificently! They were crunchy on the outside and really soft and chewy on the inside, they were so rich on chocolate (that's a huge win for me) In conclusion they were super tasty! 💕 My only advice is to keep on the fridge, because I didn't (that was kinda dumb) and they lost their crunchiness :( but they were still good and we finished them in two days ~

So normally, I just watch these for the asmr before bed. But i needed to make brownies and these looked great so i decided i’d finally try one of these recipes. OH MY GOD. They aren’t even done baking and it’s the best brownie batter I’ve ever made. It’s so fluffy, mousse-y and the chocolate flavor is so rich! Rainbow Cake It took me about an hour to make, i like really sweet things so I don’t really know when something is too sweet lol, for me it was the perfect sweetness tho(i used 72% and 50% dark chocolates)

This recipe is THE BEST for me! Tried this and never went back to boxed brownies ever again. Doing this for every occasion now ❤️❤️❤️❤️
here's the english method + converted ingredients! pls correct me if there are any mistakes :) Fudgy Brownies 12 servings Ingredients: 200g of dark chocolate 120g of unsalted butter 2 eggs 150g of brown sugar ½ tsp of vanilla extract 40g of plain flour 25g of cocoa powder A pinch of salt Method: 1. Cut the butter up into small squares. This will make it easier to mix. 2. Grease a rectangular baking tin (around 16cm x 21cm) with melted butter and a pastry brush. Then place baking paper into the tin. The butter will help it stick. 3. Finely chop the dark chocolate on a cutting board. Place into a large mixing bowl. Place it inside a saucepan with hot water in it. Add the butter and mix well until a smooth, slightly viscous liquid forms. Remove from the saucepan. 4. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs. 5. Add brown sugar and vanilla extract into the egg mixture. Whisk well. 6. Place the egg mixture inside a saucepan with hot water in it. Whisk until the sugar melts. Remove from the saucepan. 7. Using an electric whisk, whisk again until the mixture is creamy and forms a ribbon. 8. Pour in the chocolate mixture and gently fold it in until well combined. 9. Sift the plain flour, cocoa powder and salt into the mixture. Gently fold until well combined and a dark, thick, creamy mixture forms. 10. Pour the brownie mixture into the baking tin and spread evenly. Bake at 170C / 140C fan-forced / 350F, gas 4 for 25-30 minutes. 11. Cut into squares and serve.

I’ve done it! 😋 Delicious! But a bit more dark than I was expecting. If you want something a bit more sweet, you can mix in chopped milk chocolate in the batter if you want.

I made this today ❤ it has a strong, delicious chocolate taste I accidentally added a bit more flour (~10g more) and I didn’t have exactly 200 grams of chocolate (more like 170g) * I baked it in 20 cm x 20 cm glassware for 26 min @ 340 degrees Fahrenheit It turned out more spongey which I kind of prefer Try this recipe!! It’s worth the dishes 🤩 I’ll try again with the correct measurements another time and see how the fudgey kind tastes 😊
