I've never paid more than $45 for a pair of jeans. And those jeans have lasted years. Now that retail stores aren't carrying my size anymore it's frustrating. Now to hear online retailers say they're "only" $80 is even more frustrating. The cost of clothing in general has become so obscene I'm tempted to go see what goodwill has to offer.

These Jeans are terrible. Who wants spandex jeans 😂. Even in their adds you can see the guys pants falling down. You are wise sticking with your old $45 pair.

Fr same here. Also I only buy work pants/jeans now because they last and aren't expensive like many of these Advertised "jeans". 80 is too much for stratchy jeans

Great review yet it’s pretty ridiculous that a guy’s gotta spend $80 or more for a specially-designed pair of jeans to fit snug yet comfortably when any girl/woman can pick up 5-6 pairs, for that price, at Walmart, that do the exact same thing these jeans can do. There’s absolutely no reason these jeans should be so expensive and so exclusive. Jeans, such as these (for men) should be mass produced and available everywhere… just like they are for women. It’s no big secret that adding a small amount of spandex to cotton will make it stretchy & adding polyester makes it softer. They’ve been doing that to women’s jeans for decades yet this Perfect Jean NYC company makes this sound like some new technological discovery in the manufacturing of jeans for men.

I personally think stretch jeans are trash. From my experience with a variety of brands they just aren't it. I've switched to work pants/jeans and won't go back. Nice to see different perspectives on types of jeans

Promo code doesn't seem to be working for me. Question, lower on the review, it says you prefer the athletic fit. What are they like at the very bottom? I have larger legs and calves, but still like it more fitted toward the bottom, but not tight on my calves like you mentioned. The pics of the athletic fit on their website don't look very flattering.

Your review seems a bit more harsh than your verdict. I'm about to send my replacement pair back because the fit is awful. Going to give it one more shot.

I'm not sure I track with you... just being honest about the product but the final review is what I think. What happened to your pair?

@@WeTriedIt What I meant was that you had a good amount of criticisms in your review that seemed to be downplayed in your final verdict. I will be sending my replacement back for one more try. I at first ordered the slim one size lower and was dismayed at both the large waist and a plethora of extra fabric in the hips and thighs. My next pair was the skinny going yet another waist size down. Still loose in the waist, fit better in the hips but the calf portion was restrictively tight. So my final try will be going down one more waist size (3 down from my typical size) but back to the slim. If this pair doesn't fit, I give up.

It doesn’t. If you are worried about it, get the athletic cut, it’s not nearly as tight

They are very breathable! They are mostly cotton and polyester - both breathable fabrics. They aren’t super thick, so that’s helpful, too. I don’t like super thick jeans. In fact Duer jeans would be my worst nightmare: shopduer.com/products/mens-fleece-stretch-jeans-slim-lakeshore
