You could just use a normal ramekin. Spray it with some cooking oil (Pam). And place a piece of aluminum foil cross the casserole. And there you have it! thank me later you guys!

No matter what the ground meat meal you're making you can control the fat in it by choosing ground meat with higher meat-to-fat ratios. Most ground meat has the ratio on the package as a percentage. The higher the percentage, the lower the fat.
