US Army basic training, KP duty. Two of us were cracking a couple of flats of eggs, and we did it with this method. I didn't see any bad eggs, but it was a lot easier to get back pieces of shell from a small bowl with just one egg in it! Thank you for sharing. Stay safe.

And I do this method with preheating my pan before adding butter or oils. I heard a dancing bead of water is when it’s ready. I sometimes forget to do the bead of water trick. Still have good results

As missionaries serving in northern Mozambique (east Africa) we used to only be able to get eggs from local village chickens. We used the 2 bowl method cause even up to half the eggs could be rotten cause of the tropical heat. Even with that method one person would crack the eggs and everyone else would eat them, cause just seeing a rotten egg would put you off of eating eggs for the rest of the day!

I recently learned the secret for using stainless steel is just what you said. Get the pan hot, then add the grease, then add the food. Anything else sticks.

for stainless the heat is the main thing. add oil, heat it till it starts to smoke, then add the food. keep the heat on high or medium. as long as you have a high initial temp, it'll be smooth. also helps if you season your new pan

We use the same method, same pan even! I have an electric range (not induction) and also use heat 6. My oil of choice is extra virgin olive oil. Without induction it does take longer to hear the pan and again the oil, but worth it!!

Funny, we buy that same coconut oil from Costco and use it for everything EXCEPT eggs!! Stainless mainly here too, but we use the cast iron for a few things like pancakes, cornbread, and biscuits. I've been using this method for years too!

Try adding cottage cheese to your scrambled eggs! It's really good.

I cook eggs that don't stick in an old Griswold cast iron skillet and use Kerry gold butter. Nice eggs every time. I don't do scrambled, but I do cook them sunny side up, (No Lid), and omelets.

We have a glass stovetop. Does that make a difference? We got the same pan and followed your directions. Still a lot of eggs are sticking. Not sure what we're doing wrong. But thank you for the video. I'm very jealous.

Sometimes the fertilized eggs are a little more developed than ideal, if we don’t stay right on top of the egg collection.

These eggs don't look scrambled, they look folded over. I use a metal wish and the eggs come out light, fluffy and delicious. Can I use a wisk with a Cuisinart multi clad stainless steel skillet ?
