I always cut around the bone on my chicken, your right it's faster and never under cooked. Your video's are a blessing.

@@sweetsavant, I just had to come to say ... I did make this delicious dish according to the directions, and it was wonderful! I never heard of starting chicken in a cold pan, but it works so beautifully. I use this cold pan method with my bacon --- never thought beyond that. Now that's a tip worth putting into my repertoire. Thank you.

Wow! This looks Delicious! Chef Overton you have the best recipes and cook some of the most tasty looking food! I was wondering if you think I could half this recipe! It’s only the two of us and I don’t know if we could eat the leftovers fast enough? Either way I’m getting chicken and red peppers tomorrow to try this and I was salivating the entire video! I appreciate you put the recipe and ingredients in the video description and other than some of your recipes are for a bigger family than ours, I want to cook everything you make. My apologies to bother you with another question but in searching for “Adobo” seasoning, I couldn’t find it at my local groceries so looking online I’m finding “Adobo” seasoning with and without Pepper and some has Lemon Pepper added.. I’m so lost as to which to buy as I wanted my chicken to taste as closely to yours. Any suggestions would be appreciated as I’ve found like 5 or 6 different Adobo seasoning at that’s not counting different brands too. 🫣🙃 Thank you so much and I truly appreciate your truly delicious recipes! 💕
