Perfect pav recipe | ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಪರಿಪೂರ್ಣವಾದ ಪಾವ್‌।

To a 3/4 cup of Luke warm milk
Add 2 spoons of sugar
And 2 spoons of dry yeast
Mix well and keep side for 10 mins until it bloom
After blooming add 3 cups of maida to it with 1 spoon of milk powder and small amount of salt to it
Mix all this and knead well until the stickiness goes
While kneading you can add a spoon of butter for the softness and knead well
After kneading for about 25 mins you add to a oil greased bowl and let it rest until it doubled the size , for about an hour.
After the size doubled you knead it for another 10 mins and make small pavs and bake for 22 mins
After baking apply butter as soon as removing from oven and rest until it cool down
