Today I cooked up a beautiful prime rib on my Weber Smokey Mountain 14.5" smoker, this turned out fantastic and I highly recommend you try it! Of course I was using my @thegoodcharcoal Premium Lump Charcoal for the smoker and the kettle! I love the way it burns, smells, and that it's such a clean burning fuel! You can get yours at Home Depot or Sam's!
Smoke at 225 till internal temp reaches 120 degrees, then do a quick and hot sear over an open fire to finish it off! I got the technique of the garlic butter drip from @SmokinJoesPitBBQ , if you are watching me you are definitely already watching him!
The charcoal chimney came from @tigermccoolbbqcofirecupsin5037 so you definitely need to check him out as well! Sorry those weren't your fire cups... I forgot to put my order in 😂
