The milk powder rasmali requires egg, if u don't like it then u can use another way to make it, which is from adding lemon in milk wayy, u can search that up :)

@@niangboivualnam4116 well that's were u went wrong. U should cook them on low to medium heat. Never high heat or else it will cook from outside faster and the inside will remain un-cooked :)

Once milk come to boiling.. add rasmalai balls, switch to low heat, cover the lid.. cook for 10-15 mints… check for double size before turning off stove!
