Excellent review, We have this model/yr and we love it!! Picked it up in Oct '21 here in MI. However ours has the nickel faucets/hardware, 12V Stainless Fridge, 1 A/C + 1 MAX fan, Queen bed (and the bedside counters didn't get much bigger!), NO bedroom carpet, Theater Seat sofa, single pane frameless windows. Plus ours came with the 17" Griddle in addition to the 2 burner outside cooktop (and there are 2 propane ports to use them at the same time!). AND a TPS system.

Glad you liked it and we are super glad to hear you are loving your Flagstaff. We really liked it too. We also like the idea of the 12V fridge and queen bed but what the hey? the bedside tables really could be a bit bigger. So fun that you can use both the burners and the grill at the same time without a bunch of hoses lying around. Have you gotten to use it much since Oct?

@@DoesSizeMatter We went last Nov once before we put it away for winter. Got down to 26 2 nights in a row! Been out 5x this year. I've added another 210W solar panel and 200AH AGM batt in case we try boondocking (which was a plan over winter). About to add a 2nd AC unit for those really humid days.

We have a lance with similar windows. You can leave them open in the rain and they still provide amazing airflow from what I thought they would provide. I like them for an rv.
@DoesSizeMatter3 жыл бұрын
They are good for rain and if they are not blocked inside by furniture we agree the airflow is good. We used them in the Nest and they did work. We still prefer sliders for more airflow and a slider also removes the tinting so when you look out you see the world for real. Thanks for sharing your thoughts and watching

I was really loving this model and I would even tolerate the carpet however the deal breaker was the lack of cabinet space in the kitchen 😢 I would need more cabinets in kitchen for full time living..Thank you and have a blessed day 🙏

Yes this is a very nice model and we are confident you could get it without carpet. So you didn't think the very large cabinet next to the dinette would work for you as part of the kitchen? Thanks for hanging out with us.
@nana_wwg1wga3 жыл бұрын
@@DoesSizeMatter The large cabinet you are referring to would have to hold dishes, bowls, glasses, coffee cups, baking pans, pots and pans and frying pans along with lids, air fryer, meat slicer, spices, boxed goods, canned goods, bottle goods this is just a sample we live full time in a fifth wheel and we live off the grid… we purchase 2 to 3 months provisions at a time 😊 Thank you and I love your reviews 💜🇺🇸🇺🇸

@@nana_wwg1wga Very cool that you are out for so long. There aren't many RVs out there that would have enough room for that much food but I get that the large cabinet would not accommodate your dishes and food. Glad you like our reviews and we will keep working on them.

Too bad the kitchen is so lousy. I would use the "WONDER" table for my island. The pantry is ur Storage, + the drawers in ur dinette can be used for pots , pans. There are so many great feathers that make it a great camper. Slider Doors in the bathroom would be nice. TV's high, not a deal breaker. Outdoor kitchen is great. Storage is good. Overall a really nice home. I wannta go fulltime, but I'm an older female that's not very sure on my feet. All the things that are involved in living in an RV may be too much. Are there ppl that can take care of (100%) maintenance. I'm curious.
@DoesSizeMatter2 жыл бұрын
yes there are service people who can take care of everything for a price. The bigger issue is getting into them when you need it. Service centers are very very backed up. Another question if you are planning to go full time is how often are you planning to move it? cause that will also change who/where and how often it will need servicing. Hope that helps. Lost me in that pathetic shower...
@DoesSizeMatter2 жыл бұрын
We think this shower is pretty decent. Not luxury but you can't expect that at this price point. We have certainly seen worse and this one has the glass doors on it which are also nice. It's all about wants, needs and priorities and if a better shower is important on your list you will need to upgrade your budget quite a bit to accommodate but it can be done and we have reviewed lots of higher price point RVs with amazing showers. Hope that helps. Thanks for watching
@hisimagenme2 жыл бұрын
@@DoesSizeMatter like you said it's opinion... now it's still just not justified to say those corner showers are good for anyone other than age 10 and younger. The glass doors restrict movement even more causing more elbow knocking. If no one would ever have said that was doable in the first place, no one would buy anything in this size and class with those showers. In a tiny camper it's one thing, in anything over 20ft long... no.
@DoesSizeMatter2 жыл бұрын
@@hisimagenme Yes it is opinion and personal preference. Lots of folks like the look of the glass doors more but I hear you about the extra space and less elbow knocking that a curtain gives you and you can put up a really nice stylish curtain these days but the fact remains that most folks think glass doors look more finished and it is completely doable so that is why manufactures are adding the glass whenever they can regardless of the size. They could be ordered without glass doors or removed if it poses a real problem for the buyer. Lots of ways to manage it. Hope that helps
@hisimagenme2 жыл бұрын
@@DoesSizeMatter I realize it comes across wrong to say these showers are unacceptable. But here's the facts: with a curtain water damage is sure to happen because these showers are too small for an adult to do their thing in. So they put the glass enclosure to help this problem, thus the elbow knocking became an issue. The looks of things means nothing. Function over fashion is wisdom. This is a prime example of why it's important for people to LOOK past what is pretty or more pleasing to the eye. If, something looks better, this does not make it work better. Put a new shell on a car with a broken engine, then you just have a really nice place to sit in your driveway, the function of a car is to make it out of the driveway to a destination... not look really good in your driveway. The function of a shower is to be able to clean one's self without damaging one's self or damaging anything else with water in the process. That is the definition of a shower stall. That corner shower stall requires that one damage either themselves or the bathroom with water in order to take a shower. Thus, it's not acceptable. In this case, looks are not anything. It's not wrong or bad to call things what they are. If you're paying money for something... make sure it's functional otherwise it's a waste of money.

@Lisa Vanvalkenburgh Don't forget to add 'in your opinion' and remember your opinion is not a fact. Our channel is not a place to judge others preferences or opinions which may be different from ours and neither should your comments reflect that. We see the value in your opinion for you we are just reminding you that there is value in other perspectives as well. Manufacturers would not be adding glass doors if buyers did not want them. These showers are not too small for an adult to use as people are doing it all of the time. This is a very common size of shower. We do agree it is important to look at the entire package not just the floor plan or decor when buying an RV which is why we also do in depth construction review videos on every model we review. As we mentioned before if you are looking for a larger shower you can find them in larger floor plans at higher price points. You should check out some of our other reviews to see them. Probably the most important factor when buying an RV is that it will always be a give to get situation. What will you give up to get something that matters to you. That is why we always discuss having a list of wants, needs and priorities so you can figure out what you are willing to give to get. We would be happy to help you figure out your list if you would like.
