The chicken salad recipe is a tried and true staple of my household for sure! It packs soooo much flavor and is as simple as 1-2-3. It's also no fuss as I am using a Publix Rotisserie chicken for my meat of choice. Try out this recipe and let me know what you guys think!

Serves: 4 Prep Time: 10 Mins Cook Time: 10 Mins
- 1 Lemon Pepper Rotisserie Chicken, Pulled
- 1/2 Cup Duke's Mayonnaise
- 2 Hard Boiled Eggs, Finely Diced
- 1 to 2 Stalks of Green Onion, Finely Chopped
- 3 to 4 Tbsp Sweet Relish or Salad Cubes
- 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 Tsp Ranch Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Cajun Seasoning
- 1/4 Tsp Lemon Pepper (Optional/ Added off camera)
- 1 Tsp Granulated Sugar
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
- 1 Tsp Olive Oil (Added into the chicken salad off camera for moisture.)

Mesmerizing video. I am craving chicken salad. Just got out of the hospital and they served chicken salad on a croissant, So good. Any bread will do though. Your dressing and additions look scrumptious. When you added that melty cheese on top I was SOLD!

Girl, that looks good! You use some seasonings I never thought to add. I'll be trying it your way. Typically, I've added finely chopped onion, sweet pickles and apple. Love it on crackers or as a sandwich. Love from a fellow southerner.
