Thank you so much Caeleb & Ryan ❤. This helps my son who has just started with competitive swim training. I guess our biggest challenge here is having the facilities. We travel >40km and 3x a week just so he can swim with proper facilities. Previously its KZbin and a lot of visualisation. We also like Fares videos. You guys are awesome! We like the touch of humor and background music. Just maybe lower a bit the music volume so I can hear you clearer. I am just getting old. 😅

I’ve struggled with starts for 13 years of competitive swimming after training in a pool for several years with no blocks-this will be super helpful for me. Thanks Caeleb! Also, I thought the quality of presentation was excellent. You organized the different sections of the video well, and I appreciated the summary at the beginning. I also enjoyed your methodical explanation of starts and all the drills. I thought the audio ratio of music:you talking was good too-I know some KZbinrs struggle with that, but this was good. Also, one recommendation-after the weight slide drill-no running on the pool deck! lol🙃

Also your energy during this video was so positive and you showed that you really care about sharing this information with us. I also have a question about your old videos, the Dressel Dissect videos where you went through your races and analyzed them… Are they coming back or not because I really think they should. I remember watching them and I learned a lot of new things and they helped me to see my own mistakes during my own specific races. I would love to watch them again someday. Best regards Your biggest fan from Finland🇫🇮
