Do I have this right? Stain Resistant Top Cot and Finish Gel should only be over hard enhancements, while MQC Top Coat can be used for Gel Polish (only) services. Sorry for the silly question!

To add to my last question what if it was a full re-balance in acrylic needed to be applied all the way down to the tip from the cuticle do you still need to get the shine off completely

Not super necessary with acrylic and if you were rebalancing you would be filing more of that away anyway

Medium cross cut can be used as a prepping bit on natural nails? So instead of using a sanding band, I can use this on the natural nails to prep?

What is the difference between the cleanser and the swipe? Is it kinda like alcohol and acetone or something??

swipe is great to cleanse & dehydrate the natural nail prior to enhancements, also for removing the tacky layer from hard gel. cleanse is ideal for removing the shine from gel polish. swipe has a little acetone in it so it can dull the shine from gel polish

how do you keep such a nice shape after applying 2 coats of gel and top coat? If you are doing a coffin shape, would you file again at the end for a sharp look?

yea you can definitely refine the free edge after gel polish as long as you are working with young nails products because protein bond prevents any chipping or peeling of the gel polish

Depends on what cleanser you are using, typically the white chalky look is from the product dehydrating the surface.
