Anyone know some good way to gain the flexibility to nail one of these kicks? It seems like you need nearly a complete split and very open hips to have a graceful high kick like this. With my poor flexibility I have to cheat a bit and under-rotate to get a high kick and it ends up being a doodoo ass crescent kick looking thing.
