THere`s so much more in Muaythai then just kicking and punching, I wish I learned Muaythai instead of just kickboxing. Hahahha that dog, little bit dangerous that little fellow is running around in the gym but I love dogs, wish I could have taken my dog to work when he was still around.

This looks like the same style switch kick Rafael Fiziev uses as well. Instead of switching in place. you're moving your back foot forward so that you close the distance better than a standard switch kick.
