I have had my perfect oil bottle for over 3 years and have never had any issues. Just used it today. I love his product and it's dispenser. I am impressed that Bernina Jeff is sending his handy dandy de-clogger for free. It is a similar principle for unclogging glue bottles. Use something to unplug it instead of tossing it in the garbage. Thank you Bernina Jeff for all of your instructions, knowledge and support.

I’m no longer having 1010 issues. Thank you so much. And thank you for the help in oiling and putting my black bobbin back in. I have been pushing in the middle! I will call if I need any more help. At 75, I’m too old for a newer machine. Thank you Jeff!!
