I appreciate the scalp massages you've recommended, and I've noticed positive changes. Recently, I've been particularly focused on addressing the chronic tightness in the muscle groups connected to the galea. This emphasis on muscle groups,in addition to scalp tissue remodeling, has led to significant improvements. The most suprising muscle that made the biggest differnce was my tongue. I'm curious if there's a platform where individuals are actively sharing progress and exchanging ideas, especially regarding the importance of these muscle groups.

Hey there, I’m also interested in this whole unexplored realm of “scalp massages” . I have roughly been doing it for like an year but I’m guilty of not being very consistent with it so because of that I’ve got mixed opinions about it. Do you mind sharing your personality experience of scalp massages and whether /how it helped you? And also what specific areas u targeted the most, types of massages done,etc? Thanks :))
@DblTapSlapMcGap Жыл бұрын
@@khawarjahanzeb5383 I have had limited success with the techniques in the video because I found the galea, and the muscles attachments are chronically tight because of bad posture, neck tension, trapezoid tension, jaw tension, and with jaw tension come pelvic floor dysfunction. the way Rob compared the scalp was when you bend your knuckle it becomes tight and white from lack of blood flow. But rubbing your knuckle can only help so much, you need to relax the finger first. The most beneficial thing for me so far has been deep breathing through my nose, until I create a strong vacuum that pulls my tongue back and up to the top of my mouth, making my throat air tight, I use all that pressure to fill lungs and expand my throat and use that expansion to release my jaw. Once my jaw relaxes, I can relax my subbocitpitol, and my brow. I can feel the blood pumping from behind my jaw up through temporal artery. Then I massage my galea and the surrounding muscles. I have gone from a nw7 to having my hair line back but it's still very diffused. I posted on Reddit but the community hates any thing not fin related. it's filled with fin bros.

I recently bought the kind that is the stamp and not the roller. I think you potentially can pull out good hairs with the roller. I found a good stamp kind (you just press down and not roll it) that has adjustable needle depth on amazon. Occasionally, I'll use fresh aloe juice from the plant. My hair has definitely gotten thicker and I can see new growth at various stages. These interventions don't work overnight, it's a constant battle. I started lsing my hair in my late 20s and I'm in my 50s now. So reversing it the best I can will take time and patience
