Thank you for this video. It really helped me. I am a total perfectionist, and it is something that I am also working on. I lost ~60 pounds back in early 2018, and then I kept it off until late 2022. My perfectionism eventually got the best of me, and I stopped fasting, eating right, and exercising. I gained back ~45 pounds. Luckily, I got back on track a couple months ago, and I have already lost right at half of the weight that I gained (~22 pounds). I have another 15-20 pounds to go, but things have been easier with me being less hard on myself this go-around. Hopefully this video will help to remind me of the importance of guarding against perfectionism.

this describes me perfectly. When things are clicking i'm rolling. When I mess up. It usually takes a few days to get back on track.
