It's actually not at all. In fact, it is one of the most maneuverable aircraft in the whole game. IIRC, it's easily in the top 3 in terms of pitching and rolling. PA really needs to do something with its "balancing," lmao. The only thing holding it down is its low defense. Equip it with MP parts and you will realize the Fishbed is unstoppable in low- and mid-cost lobbies. To make it even funnier, use MGP and you see this thing yeets in and out of the airspace spamming guns. It's hard to believe how actually broken this aircraft is, considering it is supposed to be a "starter plane." But nope, PA creates it with one of the best mobility stats in the game (don't trust the stats bar in the hangar; it's all wrong). Not to mention its MGP is essentially PLSL that does still work in clouds.
