Ngl tho, Chiquita is also my favorite in terms of vocals so far. Her voice connects to my emotions. She has a magnificent voice, idk why but I feel like she controls her voice well. I also agree with YG to put her in the group at a young age because she is so talented. It shows that talent has nothing to do with age, she can deliver such a good performance at her age. Clearly, it is the discovery of Chiquita that was the final piece of the Jigsaw that finally launched Baby Monster. Her training was only for 2 years with YG compared to the other girls for more than 4 years. She is a trained Martial artist with a Blackbelt.

u ara indeed quite sharp jeff ☺️ it is a record. the ones with white background is from the evaluation, the ones with black background is from record. but eventho its a record, she still singing live “in record”. the difference between the record one and monthly evaluations ones was the monthly looks more raw and have flaws, and the record one looks more neat and perfect. but like i said, it is live record bcoz u can see it clearly on her neck for her breath and power shows perfectly fine there

'It's about the right debut song that needs to showcase their vocals' Yes indeed! I hope BaeMon won't do a girl crush concept. The public is clearly tired of that concept right now, the market oversaturated with girl crush. Girl groups are so popular right now that it will be difficult to make an impact but the big gaping hole rn in 4th gen is live singing. If BaeMon can debut with a easy listening song and perform with live vocals, they will surely be relevant for a long time 🤞 For example: you can tell from Nmixx's pre debut video's that they have such a strong vocal line but with songs like O.O and Dice (which I really enjoy), you just don't hear it. While Nmixx performs live, they don't have songs that the general public likes. So while they pull the numbers and have good enough album sales, they are forgotten next to monster rookie groups like Ive and NewJeans

Actually, the oldest trainee leaves YG in the midst of you know scandals. Many of the trainees already left, so that's why.
