Drip leg required on gas line to tankless WH? Should the crawlspace vapor barrier be sealed along perimeter, posts and any seams in the field?

Thanks for asking, I had the same concern. I did not see a drip leg on the Furnace as well.

Does the battery bank need some air circulation? Is it safe to be enclosed in a box with very little air for cooling?

It wasn't a half. Just mistake due to the size. It had all 3 main components for a full bath
